This was my first proper “grown up” Anthurium, the Doc Block Michelle (named after his wife). I fell in love with the deep purple of the new leaves, that melt into beautiful rich toned leaves.

Hello you lovely planty peeps!!!

Just to left you know that I shall be spending all day tomorrow listing plants on eBay!!

There will be Variegated Monstera, Philodendrons, Alocasia and some other bits and bobs! There will be something for every pocket and every collection!!!

A lovely little story from Saturday’s market 🌿

On Saturday a lovely customer stopped by, and asked if I have any Golden Pothos. I said I do but not for the market. The customer asked if they could have a cutting and of course I said they absolutely could!
They messaged me and they ordered a birthday pot of Manjula (happy leaf pothos). I thought I’d add a little handmade touch: a rustic burlap sleeve, finished with a handmade, green satin bow.

What do we think to it? It’s my first attempt at being artsy!

Personally, I think this ‘Happy Leaf’ beauty is ready to make someone’s birthday extra special 💚🎁💚🎁💚

Welcome to The Green Fingered Society (TGFS) Everyone!!

TGFS started as a group of five women, me, Lisa, Helen, Laura and Susan, who talk plants, help and support one another, share knowledge and essentially created and space where women support women and grow amazing plants!

Helen, Laura and Susan are more behind the scenes and Lisa and I do some fundraising for the comfort fund and we also sell our own plants; there’s TGFS by Claire and TGFS by Lisa.

Ask us questions, share your planty experience and let’s have a great time of it!

For TGFS by Claire customers, I will get round to listing some exciting plants by Friday. I’ve had a lot on but I won’t leaving you hanging! You know that!! If there’s any planty requests, drop me a message!
