It may well be the weather for ducks, but the Friends of North Scarle Primary School 2026 Duck Race is going ahead tomorrow!

🦆🏁🦆🏁DUCK RACE 🦆🏁🦆🏁

Friends of North Scarle Primary School are excited to share that at the Duck Race we have an AMAZING raffle, with some super prizes, donated by some extremely generous local businesses.

🥇A Family Ticket to the Gloworm Festival 2026
🥈£50 of shopping vouchers
🥉£25 cash

Plus many, many more fabulous prizes including family days out to places such as The Deep and Lincoln Castle, kids activities, such as LaserQuest at Fun Farm, and shopping vouchers for places such as Pennells and TFM.

This year tickets will only be on sale during the event and we shall draw the raffle towards the end of the races to ensure everyone has the opportunity to buy some tickets.

All proceeds from the Raffle go towards enrichment activities at North Scarle school. As such as small school, the budget doesn't go a long way, so by raising money we can ensure the children get some "wow" days, & we really appreciate your support.

🦆 North Scarle Duck Race - Saturday 6th June 2026 🦆

Never been to a Duck Race before? Here is what to expect:

Join us at the White Hart pub on Saturday 6th June from 12 noon. Upon arrival, we recommend you head straight to the stall to buy your ducks. Ducks are £1 each. You will be allocated a character duck in 1 race. We hold separate races for children and adults. When that race is called you can cheer on your duck as it races from the High Street Bridge to the finish line at the end of the Pub carpark. Winning ducks from each race will be entered into the Grand Final at the end of the afternoon, for which there are cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, for both the adult and children's races.

During the event, there will be activities to keep you entertained for when you are not cheering on your ducks.
There's :
🔥🍔🌭🍟 BBQ
🍰🎂🍪 cake stall
🎯🎱🎲 kids games
✨ glitter tattoos
🎟 tombola
And of course our brilliant
🎫 raffle - with loads of great prizes. Tickets will be on sale before and during the event. Watch this space for more details.

All money raised from this event goes to the Friends of North Scarle Primary School charity, which raises money for enrichment activities for the pupils at the school.

Friends of North Scarle School are proud to present this year’s Duck Race! 🦆

📅 Saturday 6th June
⏰ 12 noon til 3pm
📍White Hart pub, North Scarle
