Recently Andy Garner and Andy Wilkes, two of our Social Prescribing Link Workers, met with Jon Mansfield to record Episode 10 of the Brew & Banter Podcast Series 🎙 which can be found in multiple parts on their website here ➡ https://lincolnshiremilitaryveteransandfamilieswellbeing.podbean.com/

They both did a sterling job of showcasing Social Prescribing and how we can support veterans and the Armed Forces Community across Lincolnshire 🙌💗

Do you have Asthma and are a child or person under 25, or are you a parent or carer of a child or person under 25 living with asthma in Lincolnshire?

As part of our CORE20Plus5 programme we are asking for your help in completing a survey to help NHS Lincolnshire to improve asthma care and support that they provide to young people across the county.

❓Did you know there’s over 6,000 children and young people (up to 25 years) with asthma in Lincolnshire and your help in completing the survey can ensure that Lincolnshire NHS can identify areas of improvement.

Our survey only takes a few minutes to complete, but can help make a big difference to children and young people living with asthma.

Follow this link to take part in the survey ➡️ https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=x94e0ZeHhk-98uvHWuYZYJ227WiD9RdIpVrp8vug-4JUNkxLRk9WWlEyMkg0TlAzUFFBMU9FOFlZRy4u&origin=QRCode&route=shorturl

Thank you for your time. Please share with family and friends who may also benefit from this survey 🙂
