United we ride. Together we remember.
On Sunday 13th September, we’ll be joining Wheels for Wishes for what promises to be an incredibly meaningful ride to the National Memorial Arboretum, for the unveiling of the Elysium Memorial — dedicated to veterans who have tragically lost their lives to su***de.
Sam and I are proud to be acting as the Lincolnshire Ride Captains, helping bring riders from our area together for the journey.

From there, we’ll head out together to join the wider es**rt travelling to the National Memorial Arboretum.
This isn’t about how big your bike is, what you ride, what club you're part of or whether you've ever ridden with us before. If you want to show your respect, you're welcome to ride alongside us.
For us at Lincs & Notts Ride Out, this is exactly what the biking community can be at its best — people coming together, looking out for one another and supporting something far bigger than ourselves.

🏍️💛 RIDE OUT 26 — THE FINAL TOTAL IS IN! 💛🏍️
We can finally announce it…
After everything has been counted, collected and added together, Ride Out 26 raised an incredible:
£2,761.28
FOR LINCOLNSHIRE & NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AIR AMBULANCE! 🚁💛
Honestly, when Sam and I started putting our first Ride Out together, we didn't really know what to expect.
Then 359 motorcycles turned up.
And now we've raised over £2,700 for an incredible charity.
That total came from everyone who donated on the day, bought tickets through Eventbrite, used the card machines, donated online and purchased photographs from TommyBoy Photography following the event.
Every single donation — whether it was £1 or £100 — contributed to that final number.
A massive thank you also has to go to the businesses, organisations, volunteers, marshals, photographers and everyone else who supported us and helped make our first event possible.
But most importantly…
Thank you to every single one of the 359 bikers who turned up and supported us.
You turned something that started as an idea between a couple of bikers into £2,761.28 for the Air Ambulance.
And we're not stopping there.
🏍️ RIDE OUT 27 IS ALREADY UNDERWAY.
We've learnt a huge amount from our first event and we're already working behind the scenes to make the next one bigger, better and even more successful.
If 359 bikes can raise £2,761.28…
imagine what we can do next year. 👀

🏍️ THE RIDE OUT MINI MOTO IS UNDERWAY! 🖤💛
Courtesy of Gonna Bee Good, who have very kindly loaned us this little Mini Moto, we’ve now started slowly turning it into something that looks a little more Ride Out 27! 👀
The fairings are currently off the bike and we're experimenting with a carbon-fibre style wrap, before adding the black, yellow and white Ride Out 27 graphics and a few finishing touches.
This is very much a work in progress — and we're definitely learning as we go 😂 — but the idea is starting to come together!
A massive thank you to the team at Gonna Bee Good for trusting us with it and supporting what we're building for Ride Out 27. Their branding will, of course, be taking pride of place on the finished bike. 🐝💛
We’ll keep sharing little updates as it develops, but hopefully when it's finished we'll have a pretty unique little Ride Out mascot to bring along to events! 🏍️

We’re still trying to get in contact with Steven Ball, who was randomly selected LIVE on TikTok as the winner of our £50 SportsBikeShop Gift Card. 🏍️🎁
Despite our posts and attempts to find him, we’ve still not managed to make contact.

🚐 VAN WANTED – CAN ANYONE HELP THE RIDE OUT TEAM? 🏍️💛🖤

Bit of an appeal to the biking community!
We’re currently hunting for a van for Lincs & Notts Ride Out, and finding the right one within our budget is proving harder than expected.

We’re ideally looking for:
🔸 Transit-style / crew van
🔸 Minimum 5 seats – this is important
🔸 Tow bar fitted, or suitable for having one fitted
🔸 Enough load space behind the seats for our event equipment
🔸 Mechanically sound and capable of doing some miles
🔸 Doesn’t need to be pretty – we can sort cosmetics!

The van will become the Ride Out support vehicle and will be used for transporting gazebos, tables, signs, merchandise, equipment and everything else that goes into running our events. It'll also eventually be used for towing our event trailer.
And just to be completely clear – we are NOT expecting someone to give us a van for free! 😂

We have a budget and we're looking to buy one. We're simply hoping that somebody in the biking community, or perhaps a local garage/dealer/business, might know of something suitable before we keep trawling Marketplace and Auto Trader into the early hours! 🤦‍♂️😂
It doesn't have to be a Transit specifically – Vivaro, Trafic, Primastar, Transporter, Dispatch, Expert, Transit Custom etc are all possibilities.
Once we've got one, the plan is eventually to get it properly branded in the black and yellow Lincs & Notts Ride Out colours, so it'll become a big part of what we're building going forward. 💛🖤

🏁🏎️ A HUGE THANK YOU TO POWER MAXED! 🏎️🏁
And finally from Mark for today, another massive thank you goes to Power Maxed for their fantastic support of Ride Out 26 and our fundraising for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance. 🚁❤️
Power Maxed very generously donated BTCC tickets for our charity raffle, giving one of our lucky supporters the chance to experience some proper British Touring Car Championship action! 🏁🔥
Our raffle was a huge part of the day and went on to raise an incredible £1,000, so every company that donated a prize played a genuine part in achieving that total.
Having businesses and motorsport brands like Power Maxed willing to get behind our first-ever event meant an enormous amount to Sam, myself and the entire Ride Out team.
You helped us give our riders some fantastic prizes while ultimately helping us raise vital funds for an incredible lifesaving charity.

Next up in our sponsor thank-yous is the fantastic team at Huws Gray Louth, who stepped in and helped us with something absolutely essential for Ride Out 26. 💛🖤
Huws Gray very kindly donated the timber we needed to produce our roadside signage, allowing us to get the route properly marked and help everything run smoothly on the day.
It might not have been the most glamorous contribution — nobody won a length of timber in the raffle 😂 — but it was one of those practical things we simply couldn’t have done without.
When you’re trying to organise 359 motorcycles, good signage suddenly becomes rather important! 🏍️🏍️🏍️
Having a local business like Huws Gray willing to listen to what we were doing and simply say “we’ll help” meant a huge amount to Sam, myself and the whole team.

When you’re putting an event like this together, it isn’t just the big things that make a difference. The branding, stickers and little details all help us get the Ride Out 27 name out there, make the event look the part and give people something to remember it by.
Having companies willing to support what we’re building genuinely makes a huge difference to a team like ours.
Every bit of support means we can put more into the event, give more back to the biking community and keep the main goal firmly at the centre of everything we do — raising as much as possible for the Air Ambulance.
