Yoga charity Fundraiser.

Addiction doesn’t just affect one person. It affects families, friendships, mental health, and entire communities.

Every day, people in our area wake up determined to break free from addiction—but recovery is rarely a journey anyone can make alone.

Behind every statistic is a person:
Betterway Recovery is a local charity in Lichfield providing support, guidance, and practical help to people facing addiction.

Each year on the summer SOUL’stice I guide a charity yoga event and this year we raise money for Betterway Recovery.

1. Light a candle
2. Write down what you’re letting go of
3. Write what you’re calling in
4. Sit in the moonlight and visualize your next chapter
5. Release the paper safely and thank the universe

This year’s Soulful Charity Yoga event will be raising money for local charity - Betterway Recovery - dedicated to supporting those in active drug/ alcohol addiction and those living in recovery.

I invite you to join me on the evening of Friday 19th June at 7pm for a beautiful SUMMER SOUL’stice evening; celebrating 8 years of Soul Yoga and Relaxation whilst raising money for Betterway Recovery.

This is a donation-only class to raise money for charity. I will guide you through a 45-min fun and relaxed Soulful yoga flow inspired by the warmth and energy of the summer sun.

Where?

Sutton Park at Bracebridge Pool.

Enter at Four Oaks Gate and follow signs for ‘The Bracebridge’.
Park in the carpark just before the one for The Bracebridge and we’ll meet there.
If using Sat Nav, use ‘The Bracebridge, B74 2YR’ to guide you.

7pm -7.45pm yoga flow followed by a sharing picnic at the lake - so bring what you wish.
