✨ Today we launch our new brand! ✨

POPS has always stood for families – and our refreshed identity and new website are here to reflect that more clearly than ever.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll start to see our new look across our website, leaflets, social media and in our visitor centres. Please know that while our appearance is changing, the heart of what we do remains the same. We are still here to support you and your family, just as we always have.

Our rebrand is about making it easier for families to feel connected, informed, and supported. It honours our history while showing the breadth of what we do today—supporting families both inside and outside the justice system, creating spaces where lived experience is heard, and making sure families feel valued and empowered.

We’re also excited to share our new website...

A simpler, more accessible way to find information, services, and resources.

We would love to hear your feedback on the new brand via our quick 4 question survey:

We look forward to sharing more with you in the coming weeks!

POPS isn’t an acronym anymore. POPS stands for families.

*** Urgent Update - Phone lines ***

Please be aware that the power is out in the visitor centre. This means that the phone lines are not working even thought you may hear a ring tone. Visits are going ahead as normal and the 'To Go' shop is open. We have been informed this is whilst electrical works are taking place so should be a temporary issue.

*** Family Forum ***

If you have never attended Family Forum before we would love to invite you to attend our next forum on Tuesday 11th March. The forum will begin at 12pm and finish at 1pm. It is a great opportunity to chat with staff, pose any burning questions and get to know other families.

Anyone who has a visit that day is welcome to attend. Get in touch if you have any questions.
