THIS THURSDAY 12th FEBRUARY - Introduction to the "Four Reminders"

Keith will be travelling from Nottingham to be with us to explore "The Four Reminders as Daily Practice". Keith will help us explore this fundamental Buddhist teaching. They are also referred to as "The Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind" and date back to the Pali Canon. These ancient contemplative teachings - Life is a Precious Opportunity, Impermanence & Death, Karma and Defects of Samsara are designed to jolt practitioners out of complacency and motivate them toward spiritual practice.

We will spend time briefly contemplating each one; in later weeks, we'll be able to explore each of the Four in more detail. If you're looking for inspiration with your daily practice, then please come along and enjoy an evening introducing these precious teachings.
