St Andrews Play Association St Andrews is an open access play project for kids aged between 5 and 13. All children need to be registered.

St Andrews Play Association believes that every child needs to play freely in order to become a healthy, happy, creative and confident adult. The play building is here to give children and young people aged between 5-13 a wide range of experience in a safe, child friendly environment. Children and young people are free to choose how they play at the playbuilding with the staff providing appropriat

e activities, to meet individual needs and abilities. Making the best of their leisure time through play, social interaction and informal education.

We have lots of different families come and go from the playbuilding. All of them bring something different from their culture. Some come not being able to speak English, most are fluent in several languages. Either way Play is Play and this is what we are best at. All of the adventure playgrounds are and the best bit we are FREE.
The staff said goodbye to Kimi and his mum Anna last week. They have now travelled back to China 🇨🇳 Kimi gave us a little concert on his erhu. We will miss you and thank you for the invite to China 🇨🇳 you know lisa might take you up on it 🤣

A great May half term last week with lots of activities on offer. We were only able to offer 3 days due to the funding situation but we made the best of it. Over 80 children each day having fresh fruit and snacks. The weather was great with lots of sunshine. Making fans in the art room was a great skill to learn thanks to Sarah 😎
