Thanks to everyone who came along to our first district Christingle service earlier this month. We hope you had a great time and we look forward to next year!

We’re also grateful to all those who were able to donate to our collection for the Children’s Society, together we raised £83 plus a few online donations made directly.

Special thanks go to Wigston Magna Methodist Church for helping to organise and host the event.

Great to present a Platinum award at explorers this evening. Also presented a long service award and wood badge to one our district team members.

This Saturday, 7th December, Wigston Magna Methodist Church, the Church we are based at, are holding a Coffee & Cake with Christmas Crafts morning. We’ll be helping to run some crafts, come along and see what we’re up to, and support the Church by enjoying a coffee and slice of cake!

Well done to the 70 Cub and Scout swimmers who took part in tonight’s South East/South West district swimming gala. You all did really well and we know you had a great time.

Thanks to the leaders for organising their teams and volunteers who put on the event.

Thanks also to Jenno's Coffee House, Caddyshackers, East Street Lanes, 360 Play Leicester, Wigston Casa Nostra Restaurant and everyone else who donated a prize for or bought a ticket for the raffle, helping to raise funds and keep team costs down.
