🎖️ Final Parade | Summer Camp 2026 🎖️

Today marked the formal conclusion of Summer Camp 2026 with the Final Parade, bringing together cadets, volunteers and staff to celebrate a week of achievement, challenge and personal development.

Throughout the parade, awards and presentations were made recognising the hard work, commitment and accomplishments of cadets across the camp. These included music awards, Cadet Forces Medals, Commandant's Commendations and Commandant's Coins, all reflecting the dedication and high standards demonstrated throughout the week.

Summer Camp provides opportunities for cadets to challenge themselves, develop new skills, build confidence and create lasting memories. The Final Parade offered a fitting opportunity to recognise those achievements and celebrate everything that has been accomplished.

Congratulations to all award recipients, and well done to every cadet who has taken part in making Summer Camp 2026 such a successful and memorable experience.

What a final day today has been! 💪

Summer Camp 2026 - Day 7 - Competition Day!

As Summer Camp begins to draw towards its conclusion, today's Competition Day gave cadets the chance to put everything they've learned and practised throughout the week into action.

From archery and drill to volleyball, rounders and a range of sporting activities, cadets competed with enthusiasm, supported one another and represented their detachments with pride.

The scores matter, but the friendships built, lessons learned and memories made will last far longer than any result sheet.

A huge well done to everyone who took part.

🧗‍♀️ 4-Star Adventure Training | Summer Camp 2026

Adventure Training is about more than reaching the top of a climbing wall.

It's about stepping outside your comfort zone, learning to trust your training, supporting your team, and discovering what you're capable of when faced with a challenge.

Earlier this week, our 4-Star Cadets took part in a demanding day of Adventure Training, testing both their confidence and determination on the rock face. From the first safety brief to the final climb, cadets demonstrated resilience, teamwork and a willingness to push themselves beyond what they thought possible.

Of course, it wasn't all serious faces and concentration. As these photos show, there were plenty of smiles, laughs and memorable moments throughout the day too!

Well done to all the cadets who took part and embraced the challenge.

😎 Summer Camp 2026 - Day 5 - Camp through a Cadet's lens 😎

A slightly later photo drop than usual, but for a very good reason!

These images were captured and edited by A Company's Cdt CSM Fursow as part of their ongoing development in media and photography during camp. Alongside taking part in activities, they has spent time learning the skills behind event photography, image selection and editing, producing a fantastic collection of photographs showcasing life on camp.

From water sports and the high ropes course to paintball and the ever-popular CadetRox 2026, these images capture the challenge, teamwork, determination and fun that make Summer Camp such a memorable experience.

A huge well done for the hard work, creativity and dedication that went into producing this gallery. We think you'll agree that this is an excellent job, well done.

😎 Summer Camp 2026 - Day 5 - Well, that escalated quickly! 😎

A dare involving formal mess tool and equipment (including formal glassware) quickly escalated into the finest dining experience Summer Camp could offer!.

Featuring an exclusive table for one, ambient candlelight, a personalised place setting, attentive wait staff, and a carefully curated menu of camp classics.

Our Commandant was afforded the luxury treatment last night after a light-hearted challenge took on a life of its own.

Proof that even on a busy summer camp, there's always time for a laugh. 😆

😎 Summer Camp 2026 - Day 5 😎

Another busy day on camp saw cadets taking part in a variety of activities, continuing to develop their skills, confidence and teamwork.

From fieldcraft and navigation training to adventurous activities and well-earned downtime with friends, every day at Summer Camp provides new opportunities to learn, challenge ourselves and create lasting memories.

Beyond the training, camp is about building friendships, supporting one another, and enjoying experiences that cadets will remember long after the week is over.
