Thank you to Cara, Yasmin and Paula for taking on the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge over the weekend. They did a fantastic Job of hiking this trail. They managed 2 of the peaks, hiked for 10 hours and covered 19 miles, 1113ft of elevation in gail force winds and heavy rain showers. Thank you to everyone who donated, they raised an amazing £1055 which will go towards the ongoing cost to provide free specialist support for survivors who come to Jasmine House. The go fund me page is still open for any last minute donations. Link is in the bio. Well done ladies, you did a fantastic job!

So the big day is nearly upon us....this Saturday 3 members of the Leicester R**e Crisis team will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge.

We are so close to our target of £1000, so far we have raised £745.

This weekend I completed a 10mile hike in preparation for our Walk for Women: Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge fundraiser. We are 3 weeks away from the big day and everyone who is taking part has been busy training for this epic walk!

So on 13th September Myself and two other colleagues from Jasmine House - Leicester R**e Crisis will be hiking 3 mountains over a 24 mile distance.

We have raised £450 so for but would love to reach our target of £1000.

Have you or someone you support experienced delays in the justice process that caused harm, distress, or derailed your case?

📝 We’re collecting short case studies (anonymised) to include in the letter. Real stories are powerful — they show decision-makers the human cost of delays.

We are so pleased to announce we have been awarded funding from The National Lottery community fund to continue supporting survivors for the next 5 years. We are so grateful for this fund and the support we have received from the National Lottery. This will ensure that survivors of sexual abuse in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland will continue to receive free counselling to aid their journey to recovery.
