Neighbourhood Watch is proud to support Fearless and Charlie's Promise in raising awareness about knife crime.

In July 2023, Charlie Cosser was stabbed at a party. He died three days later at just 17 years old.

Charlie's story is central to this campaign. It encourages young people to speak up about knife crime and shows how Fearless offers a completely anonymous way to report it.

Every report can help prevent knife crime from hurting another family.

Meet Charlie - charming, kind, and cheeky, with a smile that earned him the nickname "Cheeks." He was the heartbeat of his family.

In July 2023, Charlie was stabbed at a house party. He fought for his life for nearly three days before passing away on 25 July 2023. He was just 17.

Charlie's Promise is dedicated to fighting the rising issue of knife crime in Surrey and across the UK.

His story shows how quickly life can change.
