A time-limited MenB vaccine offer is available now for eligible young people aged 17 and 18 and under 25s who will be starting university as undergraduates or moving into residential further education settings for the first time in autumn 2026.

The deadline for completed applications to be received for the Autumn meeting is 5pm on Friday 9th October.

For University Level and A Level/College equivalent applications please do not apply untill you have started the academic year 2026/2027.

The deadline for applications for the next trustee meeting is coming up. Please make sure your fully completed applications are with the clerk by 5pm on Friday 10th April.

Applications for University and A Levels/College courses need to be signed by your tutor and have the University, college or school stamp on them.

Applications for Educational Trips need to be signed by your tutor and have the school stamp on them. Proof of full payment is required before any grant awarded is paid out.

Applications for Music, Drama and Dance Tuition need to be signed by the Music, Drama or Dance tutor. Proof of full payment for the lessons being claimed for is required before any grant awarded is paid out. Proof of payment should take the form of receipts or a letter confirming payment and amount on the schools headed paper.

Applications for General Grants need to be signed by a tutor and have a school stamp applied if applicable. Proof of full payment for the item/event the application is for is required before any grant awarded is paid out. Proof of payment should take the form of receipts or a letter confirming payment and amount on the groups/schools headed paper.

Please also note that the Application Form needs to be signed by the applicant and parent if the applicant is under 18 years of age.
