KORT is building a hospital to provide free treatment for the poor and needy, and construction has already begun. I humbly request everyone to take part in this sadaqah jariyah by donating—no amount is too small.

Sadaqah is charity given purely out of compassion, love, friendship, and for the sake of Allah (swt).

Anyone can give Sadaqah at any time and in any amount. Allah (swt) promises that nothing given in His way is ever lost — rather, the more you give for His sake, the more He gives back to you.

Unlike Zakat, Sadaqah has no fixed amount. You can give whatever you are financially able to, whether it’s 10p or £100. May Allah accept every donation.

Qurbani 2025 –
Important Announcement

Over the years, KORT has been committed to facilitating Qurbani in accordance with Islamic principles and the highest ethical standards. However, we have continued to face significant challenges, particularly in sourcing animals that meet the necessary criteria at a fair and justifiable cost.

This year, cattle market prices have risen disproportionately, with traders demanding rates far beyond the actual value of the animals. Despite these increased costs, the animals offered often do not meet the conditions required for a valid Qurbani.

After thorough consideration, we have made the difficult but necessary decision that KORT will not be accepting any Qurbani orders for 2025. We believe it would be ethically and religiously inappropriate to proceed under these circumstances, and we cannot justify passing on unreasonable costs to our supporters.

We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
