The Rotary Club of Leicester Impact group is now collecting donations of books in time for Rotary Literacy month in September.

Rotary Books4Home aims

to empower children to develop their love of reading

to experience owning a book of their own and share the love of reading

Please get involved by putting a call out to friends, colleagues, and family members.

Many thanks to Sally for her generous donation of four boxes (and a bag) of books to our Books4Home appeal.

These have passed to a local school for distribution to the children just in time for summer holiday reading.

One in eleven children from disadvantaged backgrounds do not own a book or isn't read to. We will help encourage local children to read by donating books.
