🎉 Phab Festival is BACK! 🎉
Bank Holiday Monday: 31 August – and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Phab Festival returns on 31 August! We know lots of you have been eagerly waiting for this news, our inbox has certainly been busy, so thank you for your patience, and apologies that we haven’t yet been able to reply to everyone individually.
As the festival continues to grow bigger and better each year, we’re doing things a little differently this time. To keep everything fair and organised, all stallholders (both food and non‑food) are asked to complete an Expression of Interest form.

Once your form has been submitted, we’ll carefully review all applications and contact you by email to let you know whether we’re able to offer you a stall.
🌟 Stallholder information (please read carefully):
You must have valid Public Liability Insurance
You must provide relevant Health & Safety certificates
Non‑food stalls: £30
Food stalls: £50
As in previous years, we accept a maximum of two stalls selling similar products
If this doesn’t work for you, please don’t submit an application
We do this to make sure there’s a great variety for visitors and to be as fair as possible to all stallholders. Clear guidance and open communication are really important to us.
