The countdown to summer is on, and our summer dates for Creative Maker Days are officially LIVE! 🎨

Based on our amazing converted double-decker bus studio at CATCH and The Educational Farm in Leeds, your kids are in for a fully supervised day of creating, exploring, and learning. Every week features a brand-new seasonal theme, so there is always something exciting to make! 🌻

Here’s what a Maker Day looks like:
🎨 Morning: Creative Wellbeing! Kids build self-esteem, reduce stress, and relax through hands-on crafting.
🐐 Lunchtime: Pack a lunchbox and join our guided farm adventure to meet our lovely llamas, alpacas, and goats!
💼 Afternoon: Mini Enterprise! We switch into business mode, where kids customise their laser-cut products and learn the fun basics of running a mini-business.

We run separate, tailored days for Ages 7–10 and Ages 11–14 so they can make new friends, learn new skills, and ultimately have the best time!

Tickets are £55 for a full 6-hour day (which includes all professional laser-cut materials and paints!).

A sunny session at CATCH!🌅

We couldn’t miss our chance to have a session in the sun this evening at .leeds, so we were making Picture Frames outside🌞

This is an activity we have done before and was another opportunity to develop our creative ideas and make another product we love just as much! Our young members designed some great stuff and had a lovely session👨🏼‍🎨

We hope this sun stays so we can keep being creative over the summer and grow our ideas. We love being a part of Wednesday youth sessions, and contributing to a safe space for young people in the area to come and do something crafty💛

We had a fun filled session this week at CATCH, and really tested our creative abilities!💛

This week we were making cards for special occasions, as well as taking part in a special wallpaper fashion show! Card making was a great way to chill and do something creative, and really encouraged the members to get involved in the other activities going on. It was great to see the creative scale!

We love coming to CATCH and working with their young people, being able to cater to different groups, and watching their artistic vision come to life👨🏼‍🎨

Operating out of a converted double-decker bus based at CATCH in Harehills, Leeds, we love providing a vibrant and inspiring setting for creativity.

A huge thank you to our partners at CATCH, an award-winning youth and community organisation that provides a safe, supportive space for young people to thrive. We had a brilliant time welcoming the NHS Bradford Green Therapy group to our double-decker creative bus studio! 🚌💚

The group got stuck into a fantastic creative session, building and decorating their own wooden bird boxes and bee hotels. We also took a well-deserved break from crafting to enjoy a wonderful tour of the educational farm at CATCH with James, meeting the llamas, alpacas, goats, and chickens. It was wonderful to see everyone take their new nature inspired creations back to Keighley to add some life to their local allotment! 🌱

Partnerships like this are at the absolute heart of what we do. Engaging in creative, hands-on activities is a powerful tool for mental health it helps to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and foster a real sense of accomplishment. By combining this creativity with the restorative power of nature and strong community partnerships, we can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Another creative session at CATCH !

We had fun this evening getting creative and painting rocks as part of our collaboration with .leeds. We love coming and working with you all, and seeing how confident our young members become when getting creative.

Youth sessions are a way for young people in the area to come and chill, socialise, and have fun. We provide a safe space for members to come and do something crafty,

🌟 Wrapping up a fantastic Week 2 of the Healthy Holidays Programme at Hovingham Primary! 🌟

We are incredibly proud of the amazing students, aged from Reception all the way up to Year 6, who joined us last week during the Easter holidays. Our young makers poured their focus and energy into decorating beautiful Spring Wreaths, Dream Catchers, and wooden Butterflies and Bees.

While crafting, we had some brilliant conversations about mental health, wellbeing, and how creativity provides the essential downtime our minds need to stay healthy.

Here is why taking a creative break matters:

Relieving Stress: Engaging in creative, hands-on activities supports wellbeing by reducing stress and building resilience.

Unplugging: Art offers a relaxing space where young people can unplug, express themselves, and relieve anxiety.

Emotional Balance: Creative activities can help young people cope with their feelings and manage their emotional states.

The openness, support for one another, and artistic flair shown by the students were truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone who took part and made it such a safe space to unwind, recharge, and create! 🎨🧠

Huge shoutout to the Year 7 students at Immanuel College!

Over the past four weeks, these brilliant young minds have been diving into the world of business through the Creative Enterprise Competition!

Working in teams, the students have been challenged to customise, market, and sell their very own batch of products. The ultimate goal is to see which team can generate the most profit and win the competition! 🏆

The students have put incredible effort into their manufacturing and marketing, creating a fantastic range of items, including:

🖼️ Decorative signs

📿 Necklaces

This immersive 6 session programme is about so much more than just making products; it is designed to help young people:
