This public seminar sifts through Islamic literature bringing to light the various healthy & unhealthy interactions across opposite genders.

A unique journey through the Wird al Latif to see how prophetic statements, supplications and affirmations can shape our worldviews, provide us with much needed direction, assist us in regulating our emotions and help us function to our best selves; ultimately aligning us to a stronger, healthier, mental and spiritual state.

Our very first workshop was in collaboration with .mohammed many moons ago.. it has been a springboard for both teams since الحمدلله. This first one-day course took us on a journey through the temperaments in Leeds

This was quickly followed by a second workshop in Sheffield, with an increased number of attendees and some amazing feedback!
