The collaborative art session Leeds Art Gallery was cancelled due to illness but it didn’t stop us having fun with the open play on our POSBL creative Wednesday on tour with kids (catchy title right)! We also visited the story explorers Leeds Libraries and had a very relaxing time trying out the different zones and reading books. Normal service resumes next month, keep an eye out for details!

Next month we’re having another Creative Wednesday on tour, but this time it’s daytime and including the kids!
We’re off to Leeds Art Gallery to take part in the creation of a mega collaborative collage, working alongside artist Yekta Jamei and other visitors to make an enormous collaborative collage that develops through the summer. Inspired by the organic processes of Jean (Hans) Arp and Garth Evans, we can enjoy using materials to create collectively and spontaneously.
This is a drop-in activity taking place in Art Space, no booking required, it is free but the gallery is a Give What You Can Gallery.

Next month we’re having another Creative Wednesday on tour, and this time is daytime and kids included!

We are heading down to Culture Club to chill out, have a drink and if you want to, bring a project of any kind to work on or raid Left Bank’s creative cupboard!

We meet from 7pm, look out for our organiser who will be there to welcome you.

Happy New Year POSBers!

We’re coming out of our holiday hibernation and we’re excited to share our upcoming events for January, February and March.

If you’ve never been to a POSB meet up before, we have child-friendly and parents only ones too. Scroll along and take a look and see which takes your fancy.

We are heading back to for Culture Club on Wednesday 17th December. Fancy joining us?

Come along to meet other self-employed parents for a chat, a cuppa and time to work on a creative project that’s just for you. We’ll be there from 7pm (as there is another event at Left Bank before).

Our will be there to welcome you and introduce you to the group.
