2 fairs down, 1 more to go 👏😃

It’s been so incredible to see both campuses so busy again! If you didn’t manage to attend one of our Freshers Fair this week, we’re hosting the last one tomorrow at City Campus from 10-4. Stalls will be located in The Hive as well as in the Portland, Woodhouse and Leslie Silver building.

This is a great opportunity to meet your Student Officer Team, chat to societies, join a student community, grab freebies from your favourite brands and eat some free pizzas 🍕

Sign the NUS petition for more student support on the cost of living crisis! 📝 💵

The cost of living crisis is pushing students to the brink.

Energy prices, transport costs, rent, and food shop prices are soaring. A recent survey has found that 96% of students & apprentices are cutting back on spending, being left with only £50 a month after paying rent and bills.

NUS wants to change this, and are lobbying for the government to raise the student maintenance package in line with the living wage, and create a tailored student cost of living package.

If you want to help NUS, you can tell them about your experience with how the cost of living crisis is impacting you, and sign their petition here https://buff.ly/3nZML3D 👈
