唔少朋友移居到英國後，都變身家居廚神，將香港滋味帶到英國，唔只可以解鄉愁，甚至可以將香港美食同本地人分享，用味道連結大家嘅味蕾 🥰

我哋最近資助「香港加油－－飲食文化藝術計劃」（詳情請見 http://project226.org/hk_add_oil/ 或者 https://www.instagram.com/project226ukhk/），現正招募港式佳餚嘅食譜，無論小炒點心甜品飲品無任歡迎，只需要使用英國容易買到嘅食材就可以喇！活動仲會有試食會同埋網上食譜投票，我哋仲會將勝出嘅食譜結集成實體書同埋網頁，仲會整成明信片，將香港味道流傳 😋

📣 Calling for Recipes with Hong Kong Taste & Memories!

Hongkongers in Yorkshire and the Humber are invited to submit recipes that recall their unique Hong Kong Tastes and Memories! The only criteria is to use ingredients easily found in the UK.

Deadline: 12th May 2023.

"Hong Kong Add Oil" is a project bringing communities together through food and art, and it's funded by us at Hong Kong Hub.

The project has three main parts:
- Recipe contest
- Online voting and recipe tasting sessions
- Art workshop and exhibition, along with a launch of "Hong Kong Add Oil Cookbook."

The winning recipes will be published in the Hong Kong Add Oil Cookbook (hardcopy as well as online version), and printed as postcards to help spread the taste of Hong Kong in the region.

提提你，英國會在本月底最後一個星期日(26/3)轉為夏令時間。

簡單來說，踏入26/3零晨一時(01:00)會直接變成零晨二時(02:00)，會快一小時~ 所以大家在25/3晚上睡覺前，記得把時鐘手動調前1小時啊~

*手機會自動更新時間的，若大家忘記在睡前手動屋內其他時鐘時，大家起床後可參考手機上的時間*

[英語課程需求問卷調查]

唔知住Yorkshire and Humber嘅你，有沒有正準備投考IELTS or OET (因工作要求嘅英文專業英文考試)，但仍未思考到應該如何入手？又或者有興趣成為ESOL導師但手上仍未有合符課程求嘅資格？

Migration Yorkshire 正邀請附合情況嘅你填寫問卷，以幫助他們評估地區上的需求。調查問卷將會開放至 2023 年 3 月 31 日星期五，課程預計在復活節假期後開始
