HWCFR Ledbury HWCFR: Ledbury scheme is part of the Hereford & Worcester Community First Responder charity.

Responding to the community in and around Ledbury to medical emergencies, alongside WMAS. Trained volunteers provide our time to provide emergency medical assistance in our community. Alongside our response, we also provide community education on CPR, how to use an AED and Public Access Bleed Kits (PABK). All funded through donations from the community to allow our volunteers the equipment to perform the role.

Today’s tombola was a great success!! The total we raised including donations to our just giving page over the last few days was a whopping £467. A new response vehicle has arrived in Ledbury for our team to use and respond to 999 emergencies 😀

Support from Arrive Alive Charity and Herefordshire Freemasons we now have the use of a vehicle that will replace the loan unit from HWCFR Ross-on-Wye we have used for the past year.
