When a mother, family or a couple lose a baby, small acts of love can make a big difference, like showing up, using their baby’s name, or remembering important dates.

But every experience is different. Some families need space.

What matters is that you don’t disappear. Stay present in quiet, respectful ways.

Day 4 of Volunteers' Week and its time for our volunteer gardeners to have their moment in the sun (excuse the pun!)

Firstly, a huge thank you to Amanda (and her hubby), whose dedication, hard work and care have transformed our garden at the Life house in New Haw. When we moved in last year, the outdoor space was a sea of weeds!

We are incredibly grateful to all of our gardening volunteers, who give their time and energy to help keep our outdoor spaces looking their best. Your hard work makes such a difference to the women and their babies who call our Life Houses home.
