🎄 Local businesses: can you help with our Christmas raffle? 🎄

Friends of Altarnun School are looking for prize donations for our Christmas Fair raffle, which will be drawn on Saturday 28th November.

A voucher, product or experience would make a brilliant prize. Every donation helps us raise funds for the school, and we’ll tag and promote your business in our raffle posts to say thank you.

If you’re able to donate, please send us a message and we’ll arrange collection. Thanks so much for supporting our school community! 🎁

Please come along and support Friends of Altarnun School. It’s a chance to hear what we’ve achieved this year, find out what’s planned next, and have your say about the future of the group.
As a Friends group, we’re also open to the wider community, so whether you’re a parent, family member or simply want to support the school, you’re very welcome. We’d love to see you there!

It’s great to see the children enjoying the table football that we funded. It looks like a popular addition to the playground!

A huge thank you to the local businesses who helped make our Breakfast Morning such a success this weekend.

We are incredibly grateful to Strawberry Fields Farm Shop for kindly donating our eggs, Community Champion in the Launceston Store, Tesco for donating bread and juice, and Philip Dennis Foodservice - Witney for supplying mushrooms, milk, hash browns and baked beans. Their generosity helped us keep costs down and maximise the money raised for our school.

We would also like to give a special mention to The Cornish Farmhouse Bacon Co, whose delicious sausages and bacon were enjoyed by so many of our visitors.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along, enjoyed a breakfast and supported Friends of Altarnun School. Thanks to your support, we raised an amazing £350 for Altarnun Primary School.

We are so fortunate to have such supportive local businesses and a wonderful community behind us. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, cooked, served, washed up and, of course, came along to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
