Good to see Andy Whiteside take victory in today's Preston Whs 25 at Preesall, a very respectable 55.39 won it by over 2 minutes.
Sadly, the field was poor, as it was last week for the Lancashire RC event.
Our vet's group supports these events with riders, but, to maintain racing in the North Lancs area, the VTTA and local clubs need to sort this problem before we have no events to promote on local roads.

Once again thanks to all who were involved in yesterday's 25 mile event.
Congratulations to our secretary Debbie Moss who secured top spot on AAT to win the Group's Dobson Trophy, her 58.31 being a new age record. Also creating a new mark was the evergreen Theresa Taylor with 1.9.25. Both were members of the winning team, Springfield Racing Team, along with newly mended Andy Whiteside .
