Some of our amazing community members who have graciously volunteered and supported our community initiatives enjoyed a whole day of fun in London.

We were incredibly honoured to be invited for a private tour of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace — such a proud moment for our community in Blackpool. As far as we are aware, we are the only Filipino community to have had the honour of receiving this invitation. 🥳😍

We also got to climb The Shard London! Thank you to our kakailyan and kakabsat at Ifugao Organization - UK , for helping us secure our tickets.

This was our little way of saying thank you to our volunteers for all their hard work, time and continued support. Without you, none of our events would be possible.

It was indeed an amazing day even if we didn’t get home until almost 2am!

Till next time ❤️🇵🇭🤝🇬🇧

We’re delighted to share that we have now officially handed over the £4,000 raised from the Barrio Fiesta 2026 raffle to our two charity beneficiaries - Brian House Children's Hospice and Blackpool & the Fylde Street Angels.

Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets and supported our fundraiser. Because of your support, we were able to raise money for these fantastic local charities.

We also want to give a special thanks to our amazing raffle ticket sellers. Thank you for giving up your time, standing outside shops and supermarkets, attending events, speaking to people and encouraging them to support our raffle. Your dedication made this possible.

And, of course, a special thanks to our Top Raffle Sellers! 🏆👏
* Josie Page
* Gabbie Gano and Betsy Galuga
* Rod and Evelyn Marquez Lopez
* Binwag Moreno Jr.
* Lynlyn Miller
* Lilia Higginson

Your hard work deserves to be recognised, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have done for Barrio Fiesta and our charity partners.

This is what community is all about — people coming together to support one another and make a difference.

❤️ 🇵🇭🤝🇬🇧 🥳
