Last night beavers played a sleeping bag relay game, those going to camp this weekend put up a tent and we all enjoyed a sit in it. We also made a start on the Safety activity badge 🦫⛺️

Beavers started the term tonight with wide games and we welcomed some new beavers to the colony 🦫

Tonight we invested 4 new beavers and awarded badges to everyone. We completed the Global Issues badge by filtering dirty water with stones and sand. We found out that some people around the world don’t have clean water to drink. We ended the night with a game of bubblegum tag and banana tag 🍌🦫

Tonight the beavers made seed balls and went on a nature hunt to find lots of interesting things around us. They discovered a cherry tree, some beautiful daisies and lots and lots of bees 🍒🌸🐝

Tonight Beavers were learning how to reduce the energy usage in our homes. They had lots of great ideas and are obviously very energy conscious. We also played La Capitaine Arrive which is the French version of Captains Coming and we learned the beaver promise in French to end our meeting 🇫🇷⚜️
