A good fearure in today's Chronicle 📰 of our last Communication were we presented a cheque to the Peninsula Cancer Support Group.
Regular publicity like this in the local papers helps show our communities what we do to support them 👏
The Chronicle might need to have a dedicated Masonic page given the amount of times Lodges feature on a weekly basis 😁

☘️ Shamrock Masonic Lodge No.354 Kircubbin. And that's a wrap! Day 2 busier than yesterday with around 30 visitors. Plenty of interest in what we do and what we are all about. The visitors were definately organised for the day as to the places they wanted to see👌 Another potential candidate toocame along to speak to us - so a successful weekend 😁
We even had a visit from RW Bro John Hunter - Grand Registrar of the Grand Lodge of Ireland along with his good lady, who were impressed with our Hall.
Thanks to Provincial Grand Lodge for their support and the Brethren of the Lodge who helped out over the weekend 🤝

🏛️ Step Inside Kircubbin Masonic Hall. 1a Parsonage Road, Kircubbin.

As part of European Heritage Open Days2026, we're opening our doors for a unique opportunity to explore the Kircubbin Masonic Hall. Built in 1911, the Hall has been proudly standing in the heart of the village.

☘️ Shamrock Masonic Lodge No.354 Kircubbin Great news.........📣 The Hall Management Committee were lucky enough to secure a significant grant from the National Lottery Community Fund to replace our roof. We have been carrying out lots of work to our Hall over the past few years and this was the last big bit of work needing done. The roof has no felt, slates in fairly bad condidtion and we were having to do repairs every year. So........at last a new one will soon be on😁 We have said it before, we are merely custodians and it is so important to maintain and improve our Halls so the rich history attached to them is future proofed for many more years to come 🤞
Be sure to come along on Sat 12th Sept from 10-4 / Sunday 13th Sept from 1-4 , when we will be very proudly showing off our Hall (and brand new roof) as part of the European Heritage Open Day.

☘️ Shamrock Masonic Lodge No.354 Kircubbin Our annual fundraising event, ☕️ 🧁Charity Coffee Morning & Hall Open Day ☕️🧁 will be on Saturday 11th April from 10am to 1pm. This year's fundraising efforts are towards the Peninsula Cancer Support Group. If you're free, please pop down and see us for a cup of tea, bun, bit of craic and also have a look round our Hall. 😁
