When my wife was losing her battle with brain tumours in 2022 the first things that went were her strength and balance. She told us to ‘move because you can’. We threw our love for her into growing CrossFit Strong Confident Kind as a family. Now we are starting the next phase. Developing a Community of Coaches from within to support our charity-driven box. Good luck to those on their L1 next weekend. We are so excited to help even more people to have inclusive and affordable CrossFit in their lives with you all alongside us!

Guess which gymnastic skill we focused on in our last block? So many people developing the strength and technique to enjoy being upside down safely!

Time flies! 5 years since we added our Building Functional Strength classes to support and bullet proof athletes. Amazing to see how many other spaces and gyms have picked up on the benefits of taking time out to add strength and hypertrophy to the mix. Happy Anniversary to us!

We have exciting times ahead. A group of new coaches is being developed from within so that we can sustain and grow what we do as a truly ‘not-for-profit’ box. We aim to deliver CrossFit and strength training affordably so anyone can have CrossFit in their lives for £5 a week. Get in touch if you think it could be a helpful addition for you.

You may know that CrossFit SCK is a real family business. But we are evolving to be future proof. Coach has become a mum. Coach has become a dad. And Coach is on maternity leave! Coach has come back after some time away. So to add some capacity and help the wonderful Coach and Coach we have 5 new coaches from within our community going through their courses in May. We are so excited that we will be able to help more people become Strong Confident and Kind and extend our family to include some more great people who will make great trainers. Watch this space…
