We were so glad to have our District Governor visit joint club meeting today! Their inspiring message truly reminded us why we became Rotarians in the first place. Hearing about the incredible impact we are making collectively reinspires our dedication to Service Above Self. Thank you, DG, for your leadership, encouragement, and for energising our club for the year ahead! ⚙️❤️

🚣‍♂️ WHAT A DAY! Today, the River Thames came alive for the Kingston Dragon Boat Festival 2026! 🎉
Did you know the first-ever Rotary dragon boat event was held right here back in 2000? Over the last 26 years, this incredible tradition has helped charities raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for good causes.
Today was another one for the history books:🚣 80+ teams racing hard on the water.
🎈 150+ children playing games and enjoying the family zone.
🤝 Countless locals coming together to support incredible community causes.
The best part? Every single dragon boat team rowed to raise vital funds for their own chosen charity. To everyone who paddled, cheered, and donated—you are all winners! 🏆

🎉 WHAT A NIGHT! 🎉
Huge thanks to everyone who came out to President Andy’s first-ever Diary Year Event! We sang our hearts out at karaoke, crowned some champions during our brand-new Jukebox Bingo games, and raised a massive amount for charity! 🎤🎶
Best of all, we took time to understand and support two incredibly meaningful causes: Man & Boy and the Barnfield Riding for the Disabled school. 🐴❤️💰
Every penny of this profit is being split right down the middle to support these amazing groups.Thank you for making our first big event a massive, life-changing success!

A new chapter begins! 🌟
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome our new President, Andy Clark, as he takes the reins for the upcoming Rotary year! Andy brings incredible vision, and we are excited for the successful year ahead filled with new initiatives and community impact. 🚀

A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to our Immediate Past President (IPP), Quentin, for his exceptional leadership over the past year. Under Quentin’s guidance, our club achieved incredible milestones, and we are so grateful for his dedication.

To kick off our new year, we were honored to have Patsy join us today. She shared the moving story of how she started the Barnfield Riding School for Disabled—a truly meaningful charity making a real difference. 🐴✨

We are inspired, energized, and ready to make this a stellar Rotary year!

An extremely special event at Kingston Guildhall. The Adult Achievers awards recognises adult learners who have overcome hardship and challenges to achieve great things. There were a few tears in eyes as we heard the incredible stories of what these heroes have achieved, escaping war, caring for sick loved ones, overcoming disabilities and illnesses and much more. We salute you!
