🎉 OUR FIRST EVER FND CONNECT SUPPORT GROUP IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🎉

At 11am this morning, the doors opened in Abergavenny for the very first FND Connect in-person Support Group, hosted by our wonderful Welsh Ambassador Amy Nash. 💗

And what a start… OVER 30 PEOPLE TURNED UP! 🤯

Thirty-plus people walking into a room where they don’t have to explain FND. Where symptoms aren’t questioned. Where people understand the good days, the awful days and everything in between.

This is exactly why we’re doing this.
Online community is incredibly important, but sometimes nothing replaces sitting in a room with people who genuinely get it.

And Abergavenny is only the beginning… 👀

Over the next few weeks, FOUR more FND Connect Support Groups are opening:

📍 Aberdeenshire
📍 Hull
📍 Salisbury
📍 Sheffield

…and there are more already on the way.

From one little idea to real communities starting to appear across the UK. ❤️

Amy, we’re ridiculously proud of you. And to every single person who walked through those doors this morning - thank you for being part of FND Connect history.

Together we are stronger.
💗 SUPPORT. CONNECT. EMPOWER.

Watch this space… we’re only just getting started. 👀🔥
