We have had a mega clear out of our cupboards and we would love to pass on some of our craft supplies 🧶 Come and grab some bits for your craft projects - there’s a mountain of wool, glitter, paint, glue, sequins, ribbons, thread, canvasses, card, paper, stencils, scissors, pom-poms and loads of other bits and pieces 😊
We’ll be here between 10am and 12pm today - 115 Fore Street.

📸 Our Activities 115 Drama Group have been out and about recently enjoying taking still photos for their film project called “Kingsbridge my Home Town.”  

🎥 Filming will take place over summer from 24th July and all films will be screened later in the year for family and friends, plus all the local organisations and businesses that kindly opened their doors and allowed us to film.  We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and patience 🙏

🥁Another update to our weekly programme! Our amazing drumming sessions with James from have moved to the slightly earlier time of 1pm to 2.30pm on Wednesdays 🕐

If you've never tried this session before, come and give it a go - we have so much fun 🤩

These sessions are based on world rhythms and focus on building energy and expression through a range of hand and stick drums.

We play rhythm games, play with dynamics and learn how to express ourselves in the drums. The sessions are accessible to everyone - you don’t need to have ever drummed before to join in.

Drumming is brilliant for helping to improve coordination and memory, learning new skills, improving wellbeing, boosting confidence, exploring creativity and having lots of fun in a relaxed environment 😊

📢 Activity Update!!

A few of our sessions have changed to different days or times this term.

🥊 Boxfit with Josie has now moved to Thursdays, 10.30am to 12pm. The next session is this Thursday 30th April 🥊

Come along and give this great session a go! Josie's boxfit sessions are a brilliant way to keep fit, practice coordination, build strength and improve wellbeing 🤸

All our activities are free to attend for adults with a learning disability/difference.
