Good morning from the Alps.

An early start for a Tough morning ahead, not helped by the teams struggling to get out of Grenoble thanks to Sat nav / roadworks 🫣.

Also a challenging day for riders and support crew to think on our feet and adapt plans as we split down routes and pods to cover the miles to get to Stade Niçois, and onto Palais Princier de Monaco - Prince's Palace of Monaco for 4pm.

We really look forward to meeting up with the Dafties Rus Kesley and Jamie Davidson in Nice - 7days of riding for them and will be great to see them again.
