Kettering Green Party. You did an amazing effort in reaching my target for my 60th birthday.

Didn't quite make 120. But 89 is an amazing effort & well done.

Kettering Wombles is a non political group. But we can still set challenges.

One of our lovely members Chris had a Womble yesterday! Thank you so much for your efforts 💚

‘Woodcraft way London Rd Barton Road windmill Ave to pipershill crossed over back along to Wicksteed Park. Down Barton Road to bridge crossed over back up to London Road past the wayfarers and back down to woodcraft way. Left a builders grab bag with some canisters in by bin woodcraft way. Left a bag by little sandwich shop windmill Ave and another by bus stop Barton Rd.’

Volunteers clear 175 bags of rubbish off streets of Kettering in community spring clean

Wow wow wow - what a day! The Kettering Spring Clean was an amazing success! We collected 175 bags of litter and some other interesting items! Fly tipping reported and streets were cleaned.

Shout out to all those who got involved Southfield School, Mayor of Kettering, Kettering Library, Rotary Club of Kettering, Keep Kettering Tidy, Em-powering Kettering, Kettering Town Council, Love Kettering, Wellie Wombles 💚💚💚

🎭🎨The theme for our upcoming Town Meeting is Kettering’s potential bid for the government’s new Town of Culture programme. Before we submit an expression of interest, we want to hear from you, our community.
💡 We’re looking for local support, ideas, and creative energy to help shape a bid that reflects Kettering’s cultural scene.
💬 Join us as we start developing proposals, gathering inspiration, and working together on a potential submission.

We had a fabulous evening at the Mayor of Kettering’s Bingo & Quiz night! We came in at a respectable fifth place! It was lovely to catch up with some local groups. The Mayors 90’s party is coming up in April, make sure to get your tickets to show some support 💚

We had amazing day yesterday outside Tesco Extra, raising awareness & some funds for our group - plus litter picking too! We raised just over £99 🙌🏼
Thank you to Julie Gillies for inviting us back again and thank you to the lovely Tesco customers. 12 bags of litter & bag of cans. Another Thank you Pia & Jade for litter picking and helping man the stall at times when I needed it. We hope to see a few more of you at our next event 💚
