We had the best time at our picnic last night: lots of laughter, some delicious snacks (seriously, ask for her courgette tea loaf recipe!) and a couple of high stakes giant jenga games that had our fitbits wondering whether we were doing cardio. The great British weather even held out for us (99% of the evening anyway ) 🌈🧺🌳⛅️

TW: Baby Loss

Our chosen charity this year is the Lily Mae Foundation created by a set of parents who have turned their own baby loss into huge support for others enduring similar experiences.
Many of us have friends who have experienced fertility troubles or some form of baby loss, so we’d love to raise as much money as possible over the next 12 months for this fantastic charity!

Interruption 2026 - Star Wars X Coventry Football Club 🩵

A visit from the dark side welcomed KRT’s new chair Liam to his new well deserved position with a shocking entrance at their recent AGM.

We will do Liam a favour and not post a photo of him in his rivals football kit even though he loved supporting Middlesbrough for the evening 🤣

KLC prepped and ready for that day with CPR and defibrillator training! Did you know 80% of out of hospital cardiac arrests happen at home? Thankfully the amazing provided us with some amazing training which helped us build confidence should we ever need to use it.

Did you know you can do CPR training for free at home using the RevivR? It only takes 15 minutes and all you need is a cushion and a smart phone - give it a go!
