Last night we tried Pom Pom pets. The original plan was to make Pokémon and capybaras… but somehow we ended up with a giraffe, a Highland coo, a Pom Pom hair salon and glitter (but of course! 😂✨)

Safe to say the creativity took over as always - and we are totally here for that! Lots of works in progress home to be finished and plenty materials left to make some more.

Last week’s session was led by one of our older children, Hope, who gave us a fantastic introduction to the art of origami. First, we learned how to make adorable dog faces, before moving on to jumping frogs 🐸… followed by a frog race, of course!

To help everyone continue practising their new skills at home, each child received a beautiful nature-themed origami book.

Cake pops, empire biscuits and hot chocolate (including one that changed colours!) were created and throughly enjoyed ☕️
