When we're not dependant on anything or anyone, we can sustain a systemic equilibrium which is independent of external influences. Self-care is not selfish. When we are self-fulfilled, we become dependable without feeling depleted. Our yoga practice aims to fully fill our cup with kindness. It isnt easy to fill and keep filling our cup, but yoga shows us there's no need to roll out our mat, because each and every one of us is already fully filled and perfect in our own unique way. We may not feel perfect, but that's OK because we know that, in spite of how we feel, we are.☕️☕️☕️
