A reminder for anyone who's been quietly thinking about Everest.

The Base Camp trek is still in waitlist mode, and the trip will go ahead as soon as we have enough trekkers committed.

This isn't a holiday. It's long days on foot at altitude, and the kind of perspective that only the mountains can offer.

If it's been on your mind, joining the waitlist is the simplest way to keep the option open. We'll be in touch the moment a date is set.

4 months and a half from now, we'll be on a ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland.

The Tri-Life London to Amsterdam ride leaves on Friday 2 October. Two days in the saddle, 290km, fully supported. £450 deposit holds your spot.

If you've been thinking about it, June is the right month to commit. It gives you summer, August, and most of September to build into the kind of fitness this ride asks for. By August it gets tighter.

Every mile from here to Amsterdam takes us closer to .

Two logos. One purpose. Built with Purpose, Driven to Cure

On 24th May, Signature Build and Tri-Life will come together for a charity football match built around something bigger than the game itself, community, connection and helping .

When the branding for the match was being designed, the idea was never to place the logos side by side. They were merged together instead. Because the relationship between Signature Build and Tri-Life has never been separate. The values, the people and the purpose have always been connected.

Signature Build exists to create homes that become part of people’s lives and futures.

Tri-Life exists to turn challenge, movement and community into meaningful impact for cancer research and support initiatives.

This match is a reminder that when people come together behind a shared purpose, small moments can create something far bigger than themselves.

One afternoon. One pitch. One shared belief that progress happens when people step forward together.

Today we are wishing a very happy birthday to our Founder, Jamie Mills.

Jamie’s vision, energy, and commitment are at the heart of Tri-Life Charity Challenge. From bringing people together to championing the purpose behind every mile, he continues to inspire a community built on effort, generosity, and shared impact.

This challenge is about people showing up for something bigger than themselves, and Jamie has helped create exactly that.

Happy Birthday, Jamie. Thank you for your leadership, your drive, and the difference you continue to make.

Sunscreen isn't just for holidays.

Around 9 in 10 melanoma cases in the UK are linked to UV exposure, and most of that exposure happens in everyday life. The commute. The school run. The long ride.

The evidence is consistent. Regular sunscreen use, covering up at peak hours, and seeking shade when UV is strongest reduce risk.

For us, the long days on the bike are a reminder that what we do every day, repeated over years, is what matters.

Lighten the load: stay informed, adopt healthier habits, support research.

118%.

Not a number we set out to chase. A number that happened because people showed up. London Marathon 2026. The goal was reached days before the start line. By race day, it had been pushed well past it, straight through to Cancer Research UK.

That doesn't happen alone. It happens because friends, family, colleagues, and quiet strangers chose to back the miles. Some with a donation. Some with a message that made the whole team laugh out loud mid-training. Some with both.

To everyone who gave, shared, and sent something kind when the legs were tired, thank you. This was a collective effort from the first mile to the last.

You don't need to be a cyclist to ride London to Amsterdam.

You need a few months of consistent training and a willingness to start.

Five months out, the build looks like this. Short rides through May to settle in. Gradual distance through
summer. Longer back-to-back rides in August and September. Mostly outdoors. Some on the turbo. None of it complicated.

The ride doesn't reward the strongest. It rewards the prepared. If you've been waiting for the right moment to start, this is it.

Five months out from the start line.

October 2-4. Three days. Two countries. One ride. Spaces are still open and a number of riders have already started training. Whether you've ridden long distance before or you're clipping in for the first time, the calendar between now and October gives you
the runway to be ready.

If the idea of riding with purpose, side by side with people who show up for the same reason you do, speaks to you, follow the link in our story Highlights to register your interest.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply saying yes.

May marks Skin Cancer Awareness Month.

Around 17,500 people are diagnosed with melanoma in the UK every year, and the numbers continue to rise. Most cases are linked to UV exposure, and most are preventable.

This month we'll be sharing evidence-based posts on prevention, early detection, and what the research is showing us. Small habits, repeated over years, are what move the numbers.

Lighten the load: stay informed, adopt healthier habits, support research.

There is a huge amount of information online about how to prevent cancer. But not all of it is accurate, and much of it can be misleading.

Claims that a specific food, supplement or “super ingredient” can prevent cancer are rarely supported by scientific evidence. Cancer is not caused by one single factor, and it cannot be prevented by one single solution.

Research shows that cancer risk is influenced by a combination of genetics, environment and lifestyle. Evidence-based prevention focuses on factors we know make a difference, such as not smoking, limiting alcohol, maintaining a healthy weight and protecting skin from UV exposure.

This is why it is important to approach bold claims with caution. If something sounds too simple or too good to be true, it often is.

Understanding the science behind cancer helps cut through the noise and focus on what is proven, not what is popular.
