As we approach the Christmas season, this has caught our attention and we have validated it as a Children's University Learning Destination.

Christmas in Colchester, History Trail

These history trails run on the hour on Saturday 16th December.

Meeting at The Holy Bagel Cafe (which was formerly the Claudius Gateway) which you will find just in front of the Castle, High Street, Castle Bailey.

Led by a qualified Colchester Tourist Guide, the tours will begin at 9am.

A one hour walk, a meeting with Santa in a very historical setting and a small gift.

Eligible for a Children's University Learning Stamp.

Price per child: £10 with payment made on the day.

Last walk begins at 3pm.

Prebooking via email: [email protected]. If you are a Passport to Learning holder, bring along your Passport. If you are using Children's University Online you will be issued with a code.
