Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Thank You and Goodnight!

What an amazing seven months its been...I have met some lovely people, eaten desserts, painted pottery, silently danced, slid down the dry ski slope, quizzed, and ran mostly behind Rudolph!

It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to stop Ladies Circle - Ipswich, Suffolk due to lack of active interest participation.
That's not to say that it can't or won't be revitalised at some point in the future but I do not have the time to commit to pushing it forward.

On Wednesday some of us visited Stoke Bridge Workshops and participated in the Fused Glass Decoration session. We learnt how to (and how not to) score and snap a sheet of clear glass, before moving on to coloured glass. We then painted our pieces using different techniques before it was placed in the kiln.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening, and something creative to treasure for many years to come.

Last Wednesday we helped the Ipswich Greyfriars Round Table on their Rudolph Run around the Bramford Road and Whitehouse Estates, raising funds for charity.

A cold, exhausting but ultimately fun way to spend the evening…all for a good cause.

Weekend before last, our friends at Colchester Ladies Circle welcomed me (front right) at their Meal and Fireworks night. Was really nice to see so many in attendance, some new people too!!

Food was yum, company was good, weather was pleasant, fireworks were loud. Great evening was had by all.

A lovely evening at the Halloween Quiz at The Thomas Wolsey with our team Me and My Ghoul-friends! Not as many of us tonight so made a couple of friends to help with the sports round 😜 managed a solid 5th place which we were very happy with!
