*SUB 20/20 CHALLENGE*
I had a thought whilst running the other day that it would be fun to set myself a running challenge to keep things interesting during my training.
What came to me was… how about running a sub 20 minute 5k and running up Fyrish in under 20 minutes on the same day?!
A good test of speed, strength and endurance for the legs that can only be helpful training for the triathlons to come.
I have given myself 1 month to train for this challenge and will give it a go on Saturday 24th April.
I love a good bit of competition and would love to have some training partners for this challenge. It’ll be a good test for anyone and a bit of craic too - so come on and message me to get involved!
As a bonus, it’ll be a great way to clock up some miles for Ross Sutherland Rugby Club’s March Into May fundraiser too!
