All Yours

All Yours Menstrual health and period education advocates. Getting people the support they need each period.

Could you help us make a difference in our busiest year yet?

As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for volunteers to support us in our storage unit, helping us prepare period boxes and resources for the communities we serve.

Whether you're looking for a team volunteering day with colleagues, a community group project, or simply want to give a few hours of your time with friends, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteering with All Yours is a great way to make a direct impact, meet new people, and support period dignity in your local community.

If you're interested in getting involved, send us a DM or email us at [email protected]

We're delighted to welcome Watership Down Health as a new All Yours Period Box collection partner.

Period boxes are now available across all three of their surgeries:
• Kingsclere
• Overton
• Oakley

We've stocked each location with adult pad bags, pad and tampon bags, and teen pad bags to help ensure period products are available to those who need them.

If you're visiting one of the surgeries, look out for the All Yours posters, which will direct you to where the boxes are located. Simply collect what you need, no judgement, no awkward questions, just support when you need it.

A huge thank you to the team at Watership Down Health for helping us make period products more accessible across their communities.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Period Pants Party at Theale Library last Saturday.

Despite it being half term, we had a fantastic turnout and some really interesting conversations about periods, period products and making sustainable choices.

Over the course of the morning, we gave away around 100 pairs of period pants, many of which went to people who will be trying reusable period products for the very first time. We love seeing so many people curious about period pants and willing to give them a go.

Trying a new period product can feel like a big step, especially when cost can be a barrier. That's why events like these are so important, giving people the opportunity to explore different options, ask questions, and find what works best for them.

Thank you to Theale Library for hosting us and to everyone who stopped by. We can't wait for the next one!

New Dads Do Pads dates for July!

One of the things we’re proudest of at All Yours is that our period education work includes people who are often left out of the conversation.

Periods are still too often treated as something that sits outside of men’s understanding or involvement. But the men who join our sessions want to learn. They want to better support their children, partners, family members, friends, and others in their lives who menstruate, they just haven’t always had a space where they can ask questions comfortably.

So we created one.

Dads Do Pads is a relaxed, judgement-free online space, just for men. No awkwardness, no silly questions, just honest, practical conversations about periods and menstrual health.

Dads Do Pads
Wednesday 1st July, 7:30pm
A walk through the full range of period products - what’s available, how they work, and how to talk about them with confidence.

The Menstrual Cycle Edition
Wednesday 8th July, 7:30pm
Understanding how the menstrual cycle can affect mood, sleep, energy and confidence, and how to better support the people in your life who menstruate.

Both sessions are free, online, and open to any man who wants to learn. Join one or both sessions.

If you know someone who would value these sessions, we’d really appreciate you sharing this post.

Important Update: Changes to All Yours Period Box Deliveries

From today, All Yours will be moving to a collection-only model for our period boxes. This means we will no longer offer individual home deliveries, and boxes will instead be available from our community collection points.

When we first introduced home delivery, it was during the pandemic, when community collection simply wasn’t possible. Our volunteers stepped up at an incredibly difficult time to make sure people could still access period products, and we will always be grateful for their support.

Since then, we’ve learned that community collection points offer more than just period products. They connect people with additional support such as debt support, and wellbeing services. For many, this joined-up support can make a real difference.

Moving to collection-only also allows us to focus our resources on those who need our support most and build a more sustainable model that we can grow with new community partners in the future.

So from now on, all period boxes will need to be collected from one of our community collection points.

We know this is a big change, and we’re here to support you through the transition.

You can find your nearest collection point using the map on our website, or get in touch if you need help.

Thank you for your understanding and for being part of the All Yours community.

Today is Menstrual Health Day, and I've been left in charge of our social channels which doesn't happen often. Leanne, our social media manager, rarely leaves me unattended with the logins!

I've spent weeks wondering what to post and genuinely struggled. Every day is MHD for us, and no single part of our work feels more important than another just for today.

Then this morning I read The Red Report 2026, beautifully curated by our friends at Irise. It carefully sets out all the reasons we do what we do, both around product delivery and period education.

Living and breathing period inequity every day can leave you a little numb to its impact on communities. But reading this report made me both emotional and a little angry.

When 21% of people struggle to afford period products, we must acknowledge that society is broken.

When 43% of adults don't feel knowledgeable about periods and 43% of Gen Z turn to AI bots for information, our government must recognise that the menstrual health curriculum in our schools is failing.

However and whatever you choose to celebrate this Menstrual Health Day, please know that organisations like All Yours, Irise International, Love Your Period, Cysters and Period Power - to name just a few of the many doing fantastic work - will keep going until people can manage their menstrual health without shame, secrecy or stigma.

If you do one thing today, read The Red Report 2026 by Irise International - Caroline x

In this, the second year of Irise’s Red Report, we lay bare the reality of menstrual shame and stigma in the UK today, exploring how it manifests through discrimination and exclusion. We reveal how menstrual injustice is deeply entwined with wider systems of inequity and boldly confront who, therefore, is most deeply impacted by our collective discomfort.

The findings reveals a stark Menstrual Literacy Gap:

Embarrassment and discrimination remain high, while comfortability and knowledge about periods remain low - fuelling stigma, shame, inequality and risk to mental and physical health.

But the data also shows Knowledge = Power:

Adults that report feeling more knowledgeable are 3x more likely to feel comfortable talking about menstruation in a variety of everyday settings and are twice as likely to feel comfortable buying period products.

Literacy isn’t only about how much you know, it’s about confidence in using what you know, understanding its meaning and applying it in everyday life.

This report is for you, use it to start conversations, strengthen campaigning, shape policy and to move resources towards the communities leading change.

We'll be sharing more from our findings and launching our Mind The Menstrual Literacy Gap campaign later today. Please help us spread it far and wide, we need strength in numbers to get this work seen and to enable the change we need.
