Dear Team Manager

We understand that, following the decision to hold the Combined Challenge qualifier on a surface at Suffolk Equestrian on 16 August, some Clubs may now wish to enter the competition. Please note that the Championship Final remains scheduled to take place on grass at the end of September.

If your Club would like to submit additional entries or withdraw an existing entry, please complete and submit a new entry using the original entry form provided. We will endeavour to accommodate all additional entries; however, should the event become oversubscribed, any additional entries may be subject to a ballot.

Any entry fees already paid will either be refunded, where applicable, or credited against your Club's total entry fees.

The closing date for additional entries and withdrawals is 10:00 am on Wednesday 5 August.
