Good Afternoon,

Before looking outside of AW, we wanted to reach out to residents.

We are looking for non-food stall holders for the food festival on 13th June 2026.

This is a great opportunity to promote your hobby/business, get involved in the community and enjoy the festival.

Alconbury Weald Beer Festival is on at The Pavillion until 11pm tonight!

If you can't make it today, it'll still be on from midday tomorrow until the beer is gone. Pop down from some local beers and ciders!

🏘️ Community Association Meeting 🏘️

Don't forget the next meeting is April 1st at 7:30pm.

We need you, the residents, to attend to make your opinions heard about what you like, don't like, or want to see happen on the Weald. This is the first meeting hosted by the new Trustees, Natalie from Urban & Civic will also be in-person. So come along, say hello and let them know what you want to happen to make this somewhere you're proud to call home.

There's two ways to attend; either in-person at The Club or via the on-line Teams meeting.

Our next community association meeting will be in person at the club on 4th March at 7:30pm. We will have teams for those unable to attend in person but please do try to join so you can meet the volunteers and vote in the new Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. If you are coming please let us know so we can make sure we have enough seats for everyone 🙂

🏗️ Phase 4 Consultation 🏗️

Don't forget to let U&C know your thoughts on the early-stage plans for Phase 4. This consultation helps shape the 'Phase 4 Design Code' which is what all the housing, parks, and infrastructure has to follow to be allowed to build here in the future.

Your feedback will help shape the planning of this important document that connects both sides of the development, including the area where the proposed Train Station will be.

U&C does review all feedback from consultations, so it's now or never to share your thoughts.

❄️ 🎅 Advent Window Trail 25 ❄️ 🎅

We weren't originally planning to do a map, but we've had a fair few requests for one - so here it is, including all windows that have gone up so far in December.

These show the rough area where the windows are located, and it's your job to spot them on your travels. Let's hope the remaining weekends stay dry enough for everyone to be able to have a proper walk around!

Also a big well done to the Community as a whole on the Christmas decorations - everyone has really put the effort in and it's really brilliant to see at night! 👏 🎄
