The Iroko Community Alliance is supporting the Accompong Maroon State Administration as they rebuild after the Category 5 hurricane that struck Jamaica on October 28th, 2025.
The Maroons are an Indigenous people who have maintained their autonomy, culture, and resilience for generations — values that deeply align with our mission at ICA.
We’ll be on the ground with the community in January 2026, working directly with elders to provide essential emergency items.
