Dear Fostering Families team,
I am a PhD student in Educational Sciences at Université Paris Nanterre, currently based in France.
As part of my doctoral research, I am comparing the profiles and experiences of foster carers in France and England. In England, I am seeking to interview both foster carers and “friends” fostering under the “friends and family kinship carers” option. In this context, I was wondering whether you would be willing to share the following Call for Participation with your members?

"My foster daughter suddenly passed over Xmas. As a family, we are utterly devastated as she wasn't ill. Has anyone been through this? How did you grieve (i realise this is very personal), did you foster again? We're in so much pain, just looking for something, anything, to make sense of all this as nothing makes sense."
