🏮✨ HELP US LIGHT UP HOUGHTON FEAST! ✨🏮

We’re getting ready for the Houghton Feast Opening Ceremony on Friday 2nd October, we are planning a Lantern Parade through the park after the ceremony and we need your help to make it a spectacular celebration of light! 🌟

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bring the family along to one of our FREE Lantern Making Workshops!

📅 Sunday 6th September
🕚 11:00am – 1:00pm

🎨 All the materials and supplies will be provided, so all you need to bring is your imagination!

Create your own lantern and bring it along to the Lantern Parade on Friday 2nd October. Walk together with your family and friends and help us create a beautiful trail of lights through Houghton Rectory Park.

❤️ Or make one to donate!

Can't make the Lantern Parade? That's absolutely fine!

You can still come along to a workshop, make a lantern and donate it to the Houghton Feast team. Your lantern could then be given to someone else to carry during the parade, helping us make sure there are plenty of lights for everyone to enjoy.

✨ Everyone is welcome! ✨

You don't need to be part of the Houghton Feast Opening Ceremony or a member of a group to take part. Whether you're coming along with your children, grandchildren, friends or simply want to get creative and support your community, we'd love to see you.

Let's get together, get creative and light up Houghton le Spring! 🏮✨
