Mocktail Apprentice is an interactive project with secondary schools students to
create, design, budget & pitch an original mocktail design to business & community

leaders. A Mocktail is a non-alcoholic cocktail, to be promote
d as an alternative to cocktails
and other alcoholic drinks. We aim to raise awareness about the effects of alcohol amoungst young people,
enable young people to make informed decisions regarding alcohol use and develop
key employability skills amoungst students. The Mocktail Apprentice Team offer an exciting and educational experience. Students
teams will be tasked with developing an original Mocktail recipe and working together
will develop, plan and present the launch of an original recipe to a final product to a
panel of judges. Throughout the day students will also experience;
- Flair Mocktail Demonstrations performed by professional 'Mixologists'
- Alcohol awareness and safety sessions
- Paramedic/Police information presentations
- A comprehensive teambuilding experience! The winner of the student teams will travel to a 5* hotel to compete at an
