WE WALK 6, Six Values. One Movement. One Shared Commitment to Inclusion. 💙

On Saturday, 29 August 2026, Ray’s Haven for Special Needs Children & Adults brought people together in Kaduna for WE WALK 6 a charity and advocacy walk and Inclusion Summit centred on one powerful message:

“Inclusion is Not Charity. It is a Fundamental Human Right.”

From Murtala Square to Kaduna State University (KASU), we walked in solidarity with persons with disabilities and special needs, advocating for a society where everyone can participate, belong and thrive.

WE WALK 6 was guided by six core values:

THE WALK WAS THE MOVEMENT. THE SUMMIT WAS THE CONVERSATION.

Following the WE WALK 6 advocacy walk, we gathered at Kaduna State University (KASU) for an Inclusion & Advocacy Summit centred on a simple but powerful truth:

Inclusion is Not Charity. It is a Fundamental Human Right.

Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, special presentations, poetry, spoken word, performances and meaningful conversations, we explored what it takes to move from awareness to action and from good intentions to lasting change.

Because inclusion is not just about opening doors.
It is about ensuring people are welcomed, heard, represented and empowered to participate fully.

WE WALK 6 was not just a day. It was a call to action. 💚

WE WALKED. WE SPOKE. WE STOOD FOR INCLUSION.

On August 29, 2026, we took to the streets of Kaduna for WE WALK 6—a symbolic walk from Murtala Square to Kaduna State University, united by one powerful message:

“Inclusion is Not Charity. It is a Fundamental Human Right.”

Every step represented advocacy.
Every participant represented possibility.
Every voice strengthened the call for a more inclusive society.
