Double Victory & Overall Champions! District Seamanship Quiz 2026*

Huge congratulations to the fantastic cadets from Hornchurch & Upminster who represented our unit at the 2026 District Seamanship Quiz !
In an outstanding display of dedication, skill, and teamwork, our cadets delivered a clean sweep across the board, bringing home:

- Junior Team Champions
- Senior Team Champions

This incredible achievement reflects the hard work, discipline, and attention to detail that the cadets have put in.

A massive thank to PO Wesson and CPO Wells for their dedication, expert instructions and guiding the cadets.

Bravo Zulu to all involved!

Joining the London Ambulance service at the tender age of 16, making Stephen one of the youngest ever to join the service. We would like to take the time to say a massive congratulations to Stephen on receiving this prestigious award for Forty-two years of true dedication. This is truly remarkable with many memorable moments made over the years, which includes delivering 54 babies within his time of service. An inspiration to us all on his outstanding commitment, so once again a huge congratulations on this well-deserved recognition of service Stephen. BZ

On behalf of the entire ship's company here at Hornchurch & Upminster Sea Cadets, and the wider Sea Cadets family, we wish her the absolute best of luck. We will all be cheering her on from back home!
